Hi, I'm so glad that you have taken the brave step in finding yourself here! I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who has a passion for working with individuals who are facing challenges such as trauma, relationship struggles, anxiety and depression. My goal is to help you in this difficult time in your life and to help you feel seen, heard, and understood in a safe, nonjudgemental space. At the same time, we will be tackling new ways to improve your life and decrease any daunting feelings that might come up.

I specialize in helping kids and couples. With kids I help navigate big emotions, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, and life transitions in a safe and supportive environment. With couples I work collaboratively to foster growth, improve communication, rebuild trust, and any life challenges being faced such as conflict, infidelity, or disconnection.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but reaching out for support is a powerful and brave choice. Each person’s journey is unique, and I believe that healing is a collaborative process. Hopefully together we can explore the challenges you are facing and uncover the tools and strengths you already have within you to live your best life.​
