Sometimes life can be challenging, but there is hope. We can work together to help you resolve difficulties. Whether it's conflict in an important relationship, work or social setting, adjustment to a new life situation, or trouble managing depression, anxiety, stress, or anger, I will work to provide a safe place for you to be heard, understood, and supported as you express what you are going through.

Together we will discuss your situation and set goals for improvement and resolution. We will look for short-term solutions that help you cope as well as long-term solutions that help you understand and make lasting changes to improve your quality of life.

I focus on the present with an eye to the distant past. I practice Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults dealing with various problems such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, and psychosis.

Diamond Bar Psychological is a collection of Independent Therapists who each owns and operates their Individual Practice.
