I work from a Christian foundation and use integrative techniques alongside evidence-based treatments. I look to instill a sense of hope into your life by addressing the current stressors you experience day to day. Along with the use of integrative work, I specialize in the use of cognitive-behavioral techniques in treatment. I specialize in working with children with the use of play therapy. I also work with adults and adolescents across a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship issues.
With a Rogerian approach I look to create an open and honest therapeutic relationship. I believe every one of us has the potential to make positive changes in our lives. With my unique integrative approach to therapy, I hope to give you insight into the true meaning of your life.
