Sometimes life can be challenging. It is reassuring to have someone who you can feel comfortable opening up to and to help you navigate through a difficult time. I am a registered Marriage and Family therapist intern that specializes in working with children, adolescents and adults (including couples and families).
I see therapy as a collaborative journey of personal growth and awareness. I look forward to hearing from you and hope to help you move towards where you want to be. I am available mornings, afternoons, evenings and after hours. I provide a safe environment. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focus and self-actualization.
I work with children, teens, adults, individuals, couples and families dealing with depression, anxiety, relational, stress management, ADHD and Bi-polar disorder.
